Beneque Martin is the director of clinical care innovation at CHTI. She oversees CHTI's partnership with Penn’s Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics in creating new models of health care delivery. Her purview includes design and operations, engaging key partners across the health system, and supporting teams to accelerate and scale high-potential projects.

Prior to joining Penn, Beneque worked on strategic and improvement initiatives across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. She served as the director of risk adjustment and senior director of business transformation at Mount Sinai Health System, and she provided consulting support for cities and states at KPMG and Manatt on large-scale health care operations and policy projects. At Johnson and Johnson, Beneque led quality improvement and Six Sigma transformation projects as a senior quality engineer.

Beneque has an MPA in health policy and management from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service. She is also a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BSE in material science and engineering.
