Fast Track to Fertility (FTF), a care model developed with the support of the Innovation Accelerator Program, has reduced time to treatment for fertility patients by more than 50 percent while also improving access, increasing engagement, and earning high satisfaction scores. FTF’s success hinges on two major changes: First, intake visits are conducted by advanced practice providers via telehealth. Second, a semi-automated text messaging service guides patients through a complex workup.
