Jenna Moyer

Jenna Moyer is an innovation manager at the Center for Insights to Outcomes. In this role, she works to improve care delivery for patients, providers, and staff.

Before joining the team, Jenna worked as a registered nurse at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. During this time, she collaborated with Way to Health on a project centered around reducing ileostomy readmissions. Jenna's four years of bedside experience fueled her desire to reimagine the patient experience and improve clinician work environments. As an innovation manager, she continues to explore ways to connect with the patient populations she cared for.

Jenna earned her master's degree in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in organizational dynamics and quality improvement.
