Julliana Yoon

Julliana Yoon is the associate director of strategic planning in the Office of Health Care Transformation. She advances Penn Medicine’s strategic plan and transformation efforts by leading cross-functional projects – including several in the CHTI portfolio – coordinating with senior executives and clinical leaders.

Julliana obtained her MHA from Columbia University and previously provided consulting and project management work for Mount Sinai Health System and Intermountain Healthcare. She recently completed an administrative fellowship at Penn, where she served as a senior consultant for the Penn Medicine 2023–2028 Strategic Plan and an interim practice manager for the cancer system.
