Kailee Bar-Nadav

Kailee Bar-Nadav is a project manager at the Nudge Unit supporting CHTI’s Transformation Science program. Previously at CHTI, Kailee worked on the Blue Coats team to enhance clinician well-being, employing a mixed-method approach with real-time data collection to inform targeted interventions. Passionate about transforming health care environments, Kailee leverages her analytics expertise to drive meaningful outcomes.

Before joining the Center, Kailee conducted quantitative and qualitative research on homelessness, pediatric nutrition, and food access. She holds a Bachelor of Science in biobehavioral health with a minor in human development and family studies from Penn State and a Master of Public Health, specializing in analytics, from Thomas Jefferson University.
