Kaley Piersanti

Kaley Piersanti is the administrative program manager for the Core for Precision Resource Utilization, where she applies operational research and data-driven solutions to optimize health care resources and improve patient outcomes. 

With a background in public relations and public health, Kaley has honed expertise in designing strategic communication plans that enhance patient engagement and drive operational excellence. She discovered her passion for health care at Penn Medicine, starting as a patient services representative in the Division of Hematology and Oncology. Since then, her career has spanned contributions to the lymphoma team during the CAR-T cell therapy era and leading population health initiatives aimed at improving health care access and outcomes for underserved communities.
