Laura Makin is an innovation manager at the Center for Insights to Outcomes, where she advances digital health solutions and emerging technologies. Previously, she worked at Atlantic Health System as a project manager for the chief operating officer, using analytics to optimize clinical operations and resource allocation and evaluating AI vendors. She also led initiatives like “Food is Medicine” and improved outpatient appointment attendance during her time as an administrative fellow. Laura is passionate about leveraging technology, analytics, and AI to tackle critical challenges in health care.

Laura earned a Master of Public Health in health policy and management from Yale School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in ecology and evolutionary biology from Princeton University.
