Lauren Hahn

Lauren Hahn is the senior director of product management at the Center for Insights to Outcomes at Penn Medicine. 

Previously, she served as the associate director of patient experience at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. She led the patient experience strategy as part of a launch team for new biologic treatments, focusing on improving patient access and affordability while driving enhanced engagement for better clinical and experience outcomes. 

Before working at J&J, Lauren spent more than seven years at Penn Medicine, most recently as a senior innovation manager of digital products at the Center for Digital Health. In that role, she spearheaded the development of digital products and programs focused on enhancing patient outcomes and care access. Prior to that, she held multiple innovation roles within the Center as well as in the marketing communications department. 

Lauren received her Master of Business Administration from Villanova University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware.
