Senior Project Manager, Nudge Unit

Nathalie is a senior project manager for the Penn Medicine Nudge Unit. She oversees clinical and research projects to help improve health outcomes for patients.

Before joining the Nudge Unit, Nathalie served as a program coordinator for a hospital-based violence intervention program (HVIP) in Trenton, New Jersey, where she provided operational oversight and led various projects. These included a mixed-methods evaluation design aimed at measuring the effectiveness of violence intervention programming; a beautification project in collaboration with a local mural artist, youth, and community partners, which resulted in five anti-violence peace murals in Trenton; and programmatic interventions to address risk factors for the community such as food and housing insecurity and equitable access to mental health and counseling resources.

Nathalie has a bachelor’s degree in public health and a master’s degree in social work, both from Rutgers University. She also holds a project management professional (PMP) certification.
