Patrick Gleeson

Patrick Gleeson serves as a senior transformation manager in the Center’s Division of Care Delivery Augmentation. In this role, Patrick focuses on identifying opportunities for care delivery enhancement, designing scalable solutions, and supporting transformation initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. He’s passionate about expanding access to care and translating innovative ideas into impactful realities.

Previously, Patrick helped grow a real-time digital feedback startup into a successful Internet of Things asset monitoring company. Through this journey, he gained experience in data analytics and visualization, product management, technical writing, and management consulting. He has also worked as a mindfulness instructor with Inner Strength Education, teaching students stress management and systems thinking skills.

Patrick holds a degree in economics and a minor in finance from Temple University.
