Rachel Gonzales is a research project manager for the Center for Insights to Outcomes. In this role, she manages studies testing digital interventions to promote and improve health care worker well-being. She is passionate about identifying new solutions to promote equity in health care and increase access to health and health care for underserved populations.

Rachel graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in public and international affairs. She earned her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
