Sonia Kumar

Sonia Kumar is a senior transformation manager leading digital health and emerging care transformation initiatives in the Center for Insights to Outcomes. In her role, she identifies and evaluates opportunities for digital solutions, innovative business models, and care delivery approaches. She collaborates across the health system to scope, design, test, and scale impactful innovations and programs that improve patient outcomes and experiences.

Sonia is passionate about expanding access to care, meeting patients where they are, and breaking down silos to accelerate health care innovation. Prior to joining CHTI, Sonia worked as a consultant at Deloitte and Woven Health Collective, advising health care leaders on their digital, data, and market transformation strategies and facilitating cross-industry partnerships to activate patient and provider programs.

Sonia holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering and a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology, with concentrations in data science, analytics, and operations.
