William Lear

William (Bill) Lear is an applications specialist at Way to Health, where he builds and implements clinical and research programs on the platform.  

Bill began his career in health care at Meaningful Use, working with the Regional Extension Center in Delaware to assist health care practitioners transition from paper charts to electronic health records. He then served as a clinical applications analyst with various health care organizations, most recently with Premier Orthopaedics. Bill has spent the previous 15+ years focusing on workflow redesign, template customization, training, implementation, and application support for clinicians, their staff, and administrators.  

Bill holds a B.S. in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
