Yuvaram Reddy is an active scholar in the T-GAPP program. In addition to being a practicing nephrologist, Dr. Reddy is a core investigator at the VA Center for Health Equity Research and Promotion and the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the renal-electrolyte & hypertension division at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed an internal medicine residency at Boston Medical Center and a nephrology fellowship at Mass General Brigham. He also completed a research fellowship at the Medical Practice Evaluation Center at Mass General Brigham and the VA Center for Healthcare Organization and Implementation Research and earned a master's of public health in clinical effectiveness at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Dr. Reddy's research portfolio centers on developing and implementing strategies to improve home dialysis use and evaluating the impact of health policy on health equity in home dialysis. As a T-GAPP scholar, he will conduct a mixed-methods study that aims to identify major home dialysis barriers.
